It's been 9 days and my order is still MIA!!

Awesome service! I placed my order one day and it showed up the very next. The packaging was top-notch, and I’d surely use this seller again and tell others about them.

Great deal, awesome service, and top-notch quality! I had ordered the same books from Amazon before, and they showed up all messed up.

I placed an order for some books and paid for express shipping, but they never showed up. They were supposedly left in a shed, but we have several outbuildings and it wasn’t in any of them. No calling card was left at our door either. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t our usual DPD driver since he’s always reliable and helpful. I reached out to the company two weeks back, but still haven’t heard anything.

Everything went well until it came to delivery. I got a notification saying the package was on its way, but then I didn’t hear anything else. When I checked in, I found out that the package had actually been dropped off about a week earlier. After digging a bit deeper, I received a picture showing the parcel stuffed in my outside recycling bin. That’s not where it should’ve been left; someone was home who could’ve taken it in, and I didn’t get any card or follow-up email about the delivery. The packaging was a bit wet and damaged, but thankfully the items inside were okay. I can't say I'm happy with this; while most of the trouble came from Royal Mail and not the seller, the whole experience was lacking.
